FAQs

What's the difference between a hard and soft hose?

The hard hose is the original Numatic hose, and has the same rigidity as the one that comes with a Numatic machine. However, some people find this too hard and so opt for a softer hose, which is non-genuine but isn't as rigid and has a bit more flexibility to it.

How do I know if I need a 32mm or 38mm diameter?

32mm diameter hoses are typically used for smaller machines, usually anything up to and including the suffix 470 (e.g. WV470, NBV240, HVR160 etc.). Anything 570 and above tends to use 38mm hoses (e.g CT570, CVD900, WVD1800 etc.).

What end cuffs come with the hose?

Attached to your hose you will get a genuine Numatic machine end cuff that will fit onto any Numatic vacuum, and also a genuine Numatic tool end cuff for you to attach your wands and tools.
