- Incorrect delivery details are provided;
and the goods are subsequently returned to us, we reserve the right to charge an additional delivery fee for re-delivery.

For deliveries outside the United Kingdom, customers are responsible for:

- VAT
- Any other import-related charges
If these charges are refused or unpaid and the goods are returned to us:
- Any further shipping costs will need to be paid again before re-delivery can take place; or

Damaged or Missing Goods
Any shortages, damages, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Refunds
