Missed Deliveries & Uncollected Parcels

  • Goods are not collected from a courier depot, parcel shop, collection point, or post office within the required timeframe;
  • Incorrect delivery details are provided;

and the goods are subsequently returned to us, we reserve the right to charge an additional delivery fee for re-delivery.

International Deliveries

For deliveries outside the United Kingdom, customers are responsible for:

  • Import duties
  • Customs charges
  • Local taxes
  • VAT
  • Any other import-related charges

If these charges are refused or unpaid and the goods are returned to us:

  • Any further shipping costs will need to be paid again before re-delivery can take place; or
  • The order may be refunded less:

Damaged or Missing Goods

Any shortages, damages, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Customers should inspect goods immediately upon receipt.

Any transit damage or shortages should also be noted with the courier at the time of delivery where possible.


8. Cancellations & Returns

Returned goods must:

Refunds
