How Does it Work?

Step 1.

Simply fill out the form below with your details and details of the machine and you can choose to either drop the machine in to us or we will collect the machine from you for a small fee.

Step 2.

We then do an inspection of the machine and test it to identify the fault(s) in the machine and what parts need to be replaced.

Step 3.

We will then contact you to inform you of what needs to be replaced and the cost of repair. You can then choose whether you want to proceed with this or not.

Step 4.

If you choose to go ahead with it, we will replace the faulty parts with new ones and clean up the machine and either ship it back out to you or inform you it is ready for collection.
