Delivery Policy

We aim to dispatch and deliver all orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed.

Delivery Times

While we make every effort to meet estimated delivery dates, delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside of our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, stock availability, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances. We cannot accept liability for any loss or inconvenience caused by delayed deliveries.

Missed Deliveries & Uncollected Parcels

Customers are responsible for ensuring that someone is available to receive the delivery where required.

If delivery is attempted and:

  • the premises are unattended,
  • delivery is refused,
  • or goods are not collected from a courier depot, parcel shop, collection point, or post office within the required timeframe,

the goods may be returned to us by the courier. In such cases, we reserve the right to charge an additional delivery fee for re-delivery.

International Deliveries

For orders shipped outside of the United Kingdom, the customer is responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, customs charges, or VAT imposed by the destination country.

If these charges are not paid and the goods are subsequently returned to us, any additional shipping costs incurred will be the responsibility of the customer. Should the order be cancelled or refunded following return, the refund will be issued less:

  • the original delivery charges,
  • any return shipping costs,
  • customs charges,
  • and any other costs incurred in returning the goods.

Damaged or Missing Goods

Any shortages, damages, or delivery issues must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.
